Hi! My name is Elizabeth, but feel free to call me Liz!
I understand what a beautiful, brutal journey motherhood is. I am a PMADs, birth trauma, and HELLP syndrome survivor, which has inspired me to help others in this area. My own journey of personal growth lede me to understand the deficits of support for mamas and partners.
You can expect a session with me to be understanding, laid back, and strength-based. In my work with clients, I incorporate mindfulness, journaling, body-awareness exercises, and other techniques to deepen clients’ connections with themselves.
Supporting others through their perinatal period is my passion. The fact that you are considering taking time for betterment of yourself is a true inspiration.
In addition to being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family - chasing around my two children and two doggies! Not much time for anything else!!
