If you do not have any of the insurances above, you can still submit a claim to your insurance through a superbly. Superbills can be provided for you to be reimbursed for any out-of-network benefits. 

Not at all! You simply create a client profile and you are up and running! Appointments can be scheduled and rescheduled right through the portal. All forms that need completed will be emailed to you directly, prior to your session. All video sessions are conducted through a HIPPA-compliant portal, with the link emailed right to you. Payments are accepted online or submitted to your insurance with the information you provide. 

Canceling or rescheduling is easy though your client portal! You can cancel or reschedule at any time up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Canceling after this window or no-shows are subject to full charge. As a mama myself, I understand that things happen, so don't hesitate to get in contact with me if your toddler is having a meltdown.
